● Payment is due at the time of purchase (or according to agreed-upon schedule)
● We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Venmo.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of scheduled service. Once products are installed all sales are final except for manufacturer defects. Refer to Warranty Policy.

All content, logos, and materials provided by AmpedUp On-Site Battery Service LLC are our intellectual property. You may not use, copy, or distribute our materials without express written consent.
6.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AmpedUp On-Site Battery Service LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question
