Limited Warranty Statement

1. Manufacturer’s Warranty
All hardware, parts, and equipment are sold subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty. AmpedUp On-Site Battery Service LLC does not independently warrant hardware but will facilitate manufacturer warranty claims on the customers behalf where applicable. The terms, durations, and exclusions of these warranties are determined solely by the manufacturer.
2. Service & Labor Warranty
AmpedUp On-Site Battery Service LLC warrants that all repair and installation services performed will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original invoice.
● This warranty applies strictly to the labor provided by our technicians.
● If a service defect is identified within the one-year period, AmpedUp On-Site Battery Service LLC will, at its discretion, re-perform the service at no additional labor cost to the customer.
3. Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
● Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or “acts of God” (e.g., power, surges, floods).
● Issues arising from unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties.
● Normal wear and tear or consumable parts
● Software issues, viruses, or data loss (unless specifically covered in a separate Service Level Agreement).
4. How to Obtain Service
To make a claim, the customer must provide the original invoice and notify AmpedUp On-Site Battery Service LLC of the defect within the one-year warranty period. Service will be scheduled during our standard business hours.
